This PR implements codecs for range dispatch predicates in Geyser item mappings, and adds a mapper method for range dispatch models. This should all work, but no testing has been done yet.
The PR also switches to using unbaked item models in
BedrockItemMapper, which are easier to use, making the code easier to read.
